Founder Mr. Sheng-Hung Chiang began his career as a frontline maintenance technician. In 2006, he founded Jinhong Enterprise, personally leading his crew to provide overhaul, boiler tube replacement, and emergency repair services for the former SUEZ-operated Renwu Incineration Plant. As his technical expertise and team scale grew, he established Hongcheng Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2014. In response to the rising awareness of environmental protection and government promotion of green industries, and recognizing incineration as the most viable waste treatment method today, Mr. Chiang committed himself to deepening his involvement in the field of incinerator maintenance.

With a strong belief in “Technology First, Quality Foremost.” Lianju Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded to foster long-term sustainable development through the cultivation of specialized maintenance personnel.
